Mr. Iwasawa joined Japan Pulp and Paper Company in 1979, and was assigned to a subsidiary of JP Information Center right after. In charge of the outside sales department, he developed and sold package software exclusively designed for paper trading and transportation logistics over the years. In 2004, Mr. Iwasawa pioneered centralized hosting services to his clientele base though out Japan, and today the cloud server serves more than 560 clients 24 by 7. With the establishment of the new venture, he plans to develop new OSS software for use at the parent company as well as for the legacy system migration business.
Personal Interest: Soccer and Cooking
Ever since joining Tokyo System House, Mr. Shimizu has been responsible for legacy system modernization business and single-handedly built up the successful division from scratch. Today, Tokyo System House became one of the industry leaders in system migration in Japan. As the COO of Arise Innovation, Mr. Shimizu will bring in all his business experiences and make the startup successful.
Personal Interest: Karaoke, Golf, Tennis and Guitar
Prior to Japan, Mr. Sun has worked at various IT firms in California for more than ten years. During his tenures in the US, Mr. Sun successfully conducted marketing and sales activities on enterprise software packages and system modernization tools both inside and outside of the US. As a citizen of the world, he plans to extend his marketing and sales expertise to the new firm and eventually nurture it to a global entity – “The World is Flat” after all. He holds a BS degree from San Diego State University.
Personal Interest: Cars and Cooking
Worked on multiple large-scale projects for many years at a major life insurance IT company for decades. Tomoyuki is especially bright on mainframe infrastructure, and created many success stories in legacy migration projects using his extensive experiences and unparalleled skills.
Joined Arise Innovation in October of 2017 as the division manager for project management.
Personal interest: Music, performance, sports spectating, book reading and TV series
Hiroaki previously worked for an independent domestic package vendor for many years, and sold operation management and report system solutions. Became a member of Arise Innovation in April of 2018, responsible for sales of AIRead as well as other solutions. Eager to propose solutions to customers with daily challenges.

Since 2010, Ms. Matsuzaki has dedicated her time primarily on web system maintenance support and operation under the LAMP environment. Today, as the master of Wagby, a rapid application development tool, she leads the entire software package development team at Arise Innovation.

Information Security Specialist
At Tokyo System House, Mr. Watanabe worked as a programmer in the fields of machine learning, OCR and security encryption technologies. Since October of 2014, he directed planning and development effort on security products in order to obtain the ISMS status. Mr. Watanabe joined the firm since July of 2016 and is responsible for AI developments.

In previous job, Risa conducted general affairs and accounting related tasks in the credit card industry. Since came on board in April of 2018, Risa plays a vital role in assisting sales activities as well as overlooking all administrative essentials including accounting.

In previous positions, Ms. Ihara worked as a sales manager promoting telecommunication software packages for seven years. She brings in abundant experiences in channel sales and solution sales to Arise Innovation. Ms. Ihara became a team member of the company since September 2017, and has been enthusiastically leading the sales effort at Arise Innovation.
Personal Interest: Yoga, Travel around the globe
After joining Tokyo System House, Ms. Fukai gained experiences on software development as well as legacy system migration projects as a software engineer. She later refocused on business development including generation of new sales leads and planning of new business models. As a corporate strategist at Arise Innovation, she will make her contributions on product marketing and sales promotions.

Mr. Kimura joined Tokyo System House in April of 2015. Despite of the young age, he has already experienced full cycles of system migration and software development. Since January of 2016, Mr. Kimura has been participating in the development project of a new EC system using Wagby tools.
Personal Interest: Baseball and Guitar
Toshiaki studied cell biology at graduate school, but joined Tokyo System House because of a successful recruiting effort on the part of the company. He has analyzed big data contents and developed healthcare systems using machine learning technologies in the past. Since April of 2018, Toshiaki has been working at Arise Innovation as a leading team member on the AIRead product suite.
Personal interest: Tennis, culinary
Mr. Tanaka joined Tokyo System House in April of 2017 and has been transferred to Arise Innovation since May. Currently he is studying Rapid Application Development tool “Wagby” under Mr. Kimura. Working devotedly around the clock, Mr. Tanaka is responsible for developing in-house systems and providing technical support related to Wagby.

Shortly after joining JP System Solutions in April 2018, Taro was assigned to work at Arise Innovation since June of the same year. While studying the Rapid Application Development tool of “Wagby” and the state-of-art OCR system “AIRead”, he is also busy answering email from customers as a vigorous support team member.
